The owner of the office is backed by ten years of experience as a corporate tax inspector and its current role in courses, conferences, and other professional meetings through the Spanish Association of Tax Consultants, in which he is a practicing member.
Proximity to Customers
• We can detect situations that customers do not consider. With proximity comes speed in answering any questions that are raised.
Preventiveness
• Our philosophy is to advise customers preventively, before they make decisions that may have tax-related consequences, thereby optimizing company performance.
Through periodic newsletters and (free) courses presented exclusively to those affected, customers are always informed of any tax-related news that may affect them. The most recent such course took place in November 2007, lasting two days and covering the topic of the upcoming new General Accounting Plan and its impact on accounting, finance, and taxes.
Tax Inspections
• In the event of a tax violation, we represent the customer to the tax authorities throughout the inspection. The customer is updated daily on the progress of the inspection, and we won't sign any documents without first consulting with the customer.
If the inspectors' claims are found to be unreasonable, we will initiate any relevant legal recourse to the full extent necessary.
Our office is truly motivated by emerging from these situations successfully, which customers who have gone through this experience know very well.
Producing Statements
• Because of the types of customers we have, we only draw up Corporate Tax returns and, if necessary, corporate income declarations. Customers produce the remaining documents themselves, working with help from our office in order to resolve any questions they may have.
